Terms & Conditions

  1. Customized Projects : Payment 50% in advance, 50% after completion of the project and to be published on live.
  2. Readymade Projects : Payment 100% in advance.
  3. Domain & Hosting Registration / Renewal : Payment 100% in advance
  4. Readymade Theme Modification: In the readymade package, only theme colors and content will be modified. No structural or functional customization is included in this package. Any additional changes or customization requests beyond the defined scope will be subject to extra charges.
  5. Project Completion Duration Extension Disclaimer: We strive to maintain the proposed timeline; however, delays in receiving necessary inputs or approvals or other technical issues may extend the overall project duration.
  6. Content Delivery & Placement: All content, including text, images, and videos, will be sourced from publicly available or royalty-free internet resources. If the project requires any premium, licensed, or paid content, the additional cost will be charged separately, or the client must provide such content.
  7. Domain Transfer: Domain transfer charges will be applicable in case the domain needed to transfer or migrate later to another hosting/server. The domain transfer process may take longer than expected or, in some cases, may not be successful due to factors beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or losses that may occur during the transfer process.
  8. The domain will expire after 1 year and it will be lost in case it is not renewed before expiration.
  9. Available domains only can be purchased by checking with the client's suggestion.
  10. Domains have to be deeply checked and confirmed by the client with accurate spelling needed to proceed the domain purchase. And it cannot be undone once domain registered/purchased.
  11. clients have to provide the DNS code or other details if needed in case the domain is on another server.
  12. Propagation Process (Depend on your ISP):
    • (a) Renewal after expiration of domain will take 4-48 hours.
    • (b) Registering a new domain and hosting will take 4-48 hours.
    • (c) DNS Update/ Connecting domain with another hosting will take 4-48 hours.
  13. Server-Side Support: We provide support for server-side issues and bugs as promptly as possible. However, resolution times may vary or take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or losses that may occur during the bug-fixing process.
  14. Email Server: Email fetching or delivery may be slower when using certain third-party email clients or may take longer than usual in some cases due to factors beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or losses that may occur during such instances.
  15. Email backups are available only up to the storage capacity provided by the server/hosting plan. If the client uses any email client/application (eg. Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, mobile email apps) keeps backups on their computer or system and it is the client’s responsibility to maintain and secure all email data in the email client, or on their computer/system
  16. Software Updates: WordPress, along with its themes and plugins, requires regular updates to maintain optimal performance, security, and compatibility. These updates should be performed as and when new versions become available. However, such updates may sometimes impact website functionality or cause temporary interruptions. We shall not be held responsible for any issues, delays, failures, or losses that may occur during or after the update process due to factors beyond our control. Any update services required will be subject to additional charges, depending on the scope of work.
  17. Support Delay Disclaimer: We strive to provide support and resolve reported issues within 24 hours of notification. However, in certain cases, the response or resolution time may take longer than usual due to factors beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or losses that may occur during this period.
  18. Maintenance Coverage Duration: For readymade projects, the Maintenance Coverage will be valid for 15 days from the date of publication. For customized projects, the Maintenance Coverage will be valid for 1 month from the date of publication. After the Maintenance Coverage period expires, any support, maintenance, or update requests will be subject to additional charges.
  19. Google Ads :
    • - The service charge shall be paid as advance monthly payments.
    • - Paid promotions will be started only after receiving the media spend amount in advance.
    • - Works other than those mentioned in this proposal will be charged extra based on industry rates.
  20. The project must commence within three (3) months from the date of payment. Failure to initiate the project within this period will result in automatic cancellation, and no refund shall be applicable.
  21. Refunds / Return of the payment will not be processed under the following circumstances:
    • a) Website work has been completed and not published.
    • b) Website work has been completed and your Domain and/or Hosting expired.
    • c) Website not able to finish due to lag to provide content or materials from client side.
    • d) You want to change the theme after all work is done on the theme you selected first.
    • e) Domain name has been confirmed and registered.
    • f) Hosting has been confirmed and registered.
    • g) Website work has been completed and your business idea changed or you moved from the business or you stopped the business.
  22. Theme & Plugin Usage: All websites are developed using reliable free themes and plugins wherever applicable. In the event that any third-party theme, plugin, or service used in the project: Discontinues its free version, Moves to a paid subscription model, Limits features under a paid plan, or Ceases operations or support, any required subscription fees, license costs, renewal charges, or additional development/modification charges to maintain or restore website functionality will be the responsibility of the client. We shall not be held liable for any changes in pricing, policy, availability, or service continuity of third-party providers. Any necessary updates, replacements, or reconfigurations will be carried out upon client approval and will be charged separately as per the applicable rates.
